Responsibilities

• Create complete loan document packages including notices and financing statements.
• Assist with third‑party services and external documentation.
• Provide guidance to lending personnel on documentation and policy.
• Notify lenders of problems and recommend resolutions.
• Participate in training and bank initiatives.
• Support Department Manager and training of staff.
