Job Summary
The Practice Patient Services Representative greets, assists, and directs patients and their families during the appointment check-in process. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, confirming details, and obtaining complete information to facilitate the appointment process. The role involves interaction with providers, practice staff, and billing representatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering superior customer service.
Pay Range
Minimum $19.93 | Midpoint $26.42 | Maximum $32.88
Pay is determined by factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, education, and specific job requirements.
Shift Information
This position is based in Irvine, CA. The shift is Monday through Friday, 07:45 - 16:45 PST. The selected candidate may be asked to float to other SOCPA locations, including Ladera Ranch, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, and San Clemente.

Work Environments - Functional Demand:
Sedentary work with very light energy expenditure. Tasks include lifting up to 10 lbs overhead, carrying 15 lbs, pushing/pulling 20 lbs, among others.
