Neighborhood Health Center seeks an assistant practice manager to oversee site-level customer service and front desk operations at the Riverway location, with occasional travel to other sites. You will support staff training, monitor workflows, and ensure patient experiences are welcoming and efficient.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff
• Supports training of front desk staff on workflows, procedures, and customer service
• Manages front desk metrics for the site, monitors front desk data collection and holds staff accountable to workflows
• Conducts rounds of the site and collaborates with departments for a smooth flow of day
• Collaborates across the site to optimize the flow of the day, including addressing patient or staff concerns
• Performs provider schedule audits to identify and correct scheduling errors
• Manages huddle sheet and runs the daily site huddle when needed
