NEPA Community Health Care in Montrose, PA is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee front-end operations across our health centers. You will coordinate Reception, Referrals, and HIM Clerk activities, ensuring adherence to policies while serving as a liaison between the Business Office and clinical teams.

This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to changing demands.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years medical office experience required.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Adept at problem-solving.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Reception staff, Referrals Coordinators and the HIM Clerk to ensure front-end policy adherence.
• Serve as a liaison between the Business Office and clinical teams and advise leadership on front-end operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attendance, and effective communication with patients and staff.
• Balance multiple priorities and respond to changing operational needs.
• Frequent travel between health centers is required.
