Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient flow in collaboration with dyad partner and prepares schedules and instructions
• Promotes patient satisfaction and handles concerns to deliver exceptional patient experience
• Manages budgeting, labor and expenses in the practice and oversees recruitment and performance management
• Fosters engagement and a culture of excellence; leads team meetings and communicates with leadership
• Monitors quality, cost, and efficiency; implements improvements and new services as needed
• Ensures patient education materials and programs meet regulatory requirements
• Leads training and develops staff to ensure safe, quality patient care and effective operations
• Reviews operational reports and creates action plans for opportunities
