You will oversee customer service, schedule audits, and daily site rounds to ensure a welcoming patient experience across departments. This role emphasizes kindness, resiliency, and teamwork in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Kindness, resiliency and teamwork valued in daily interactions.
• Supervisory experience required (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manages site-level customer service and front desk staff.
• Supports training of front desk staff on workflows and customer service.
• Manages front desk metrics and data collection; holds staff accountable.
• Conducts rounds and collaborates with departments for smooth daily flow.
• Addresses patient or staff concerns; supports provider schedule audits.
• Manages huddle sheet and runs the daily site huddle when needed.
