Job summary

Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. seeks a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee daily administrative operations with a strong emphasis on client admissions and revenue maximization.

You will mentor staff, streamline workflows, and act as the bridge across departments to ensure compassionate care. The role spans multiple programs and requires collaboration with the Program Director and clinical staff to support efficient operations and patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of diversified office work experience preferred.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience including hiring and training.
• Extensive experience with insurance carriers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client intake, track caseload reports, and drive revenue-maximizing workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing support team and provide ongoing training.
• Partner with the Program Director to monitor KPIs and manage site operations.
• Serve as primary liaison across IT, Finance, and Facilities.
