You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care across departments, and ensure smooth intake and client care. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and healthcare operations experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with mentoring staff and driving productivity.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in healthcare ops.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new client intake and track caseload reports; drive revenue-maximizing workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing support team and provide training.
• Partner with the Program Director to track KPIs and manage site operations and emergencies.
• Serve as liaison across IT, Finance, and Facilities to align program goals.
