Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility, experience preferred in healthcare.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Project management skills to implement objectives and allocate resources.
• Ability to develop, implement and administer budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensures patient accessibility and continuity of care.
• Develops an operating practice budget in collaboration with care management and other leaders; adjusts operations for positive financial outcomes.
• Provides leadership for Electronic Health Records implementation and upgrades.
• Partners with care management and billing teams to ensure revenue cycle thresholds are met and charges are posted timely.
• Manages staff scheduling, hiring, training, evaluating, mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
