Corewell Health is seeking a leader to direct a care team at the Grand Haven site. You will oversee patient flow, train staff, and coordinate with providers and management to optimize operations. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business/management or related area is required.
• Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work is required.
• 2+ years of healthcare leadership experience, formal or informal, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of team members within assigned area and ensures optimal patient flow and satisfaction.
• Trains team members and liaises between providers, team members, and practice manager.
• Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and staffing.
• Manages performance and development, and ensures policy adherence.
• Oversees HR functions including interviewing, performance reviews and coaching.
