Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management or other related areas
• 2 years of relevant experience of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work Required
• 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare leadership, or relevant leadership experience informal or formal Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow, prepare schedules, charge capture, and identify process improvements.
• Foster a positive work environment; mentor and support team growth.
• Monitor day-to-day operations including staffing and patient experience.
• Delegate to support safe, quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
• Review operational reporting tools and monthly expenses; approve invoices.
• Perform HR functions including interviewing, performance reviews, coaching.
• Contribute to development and evaluation of goals aligned with patient care/administration.
• Act as patient advocate and liaison across teams on safety and quality issues.
