The role requires on-site leadership presence, travel to multiple Corewell Health delivery system sites, and a track record of personnel development and program assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare field.
• At least 5 years of relevant skills/experience in healthcare or quality improvement.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• IHI Open School Basic Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient experience program and teams.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate with care delivery leaders.
• Manage department budget and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop team; ensure on-site leadership.
