Job summary

Corewell Health Grand Haven is seeking a capable supervisor to direct team activities, ensure optimal patient flow, and support staff development. You will train team members, liaise with providers and the practice manager, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily operations to maintain high-quality patient care.

The role includes HR-related duties such as interviewing and performance reviews, with a focus on cost-effective, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in business, management or related area is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, management or related area is preferred.
• 2 years of supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work is required.
• 2 years of healthcare leadership or relevant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of team members to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.
• Trains staff and serves as liaison between providers, team members and practice manager.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, and coverage; monitors day-to-day operations.
