• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent with two years of relevant business experience if using an Associate's degree.
• Two years of healthcare or practice management experience working with physicians and staff.
• Experience with budgeting and resource planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily practice operations for one or more employed practices to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Handle day-to-day personnel issues including hiring, evaluations, discipline, coaching, and orientation.
• Monitor and control practice expenses; manage accounts payable and purchasing of equipment and supplies.
• Conduct monthly meetings with providers and staff to discuss policies and care delivery improvements.
• Collaborate with billing/finance to understand AR and denial trends and training needs.
• Assist in annual practice budget and monitor monthly performance against budget.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory/quality measures and cross-department collaboration.
• Promote cost-effective, high-quality care and user-friendly patient flow.
