The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a background in healthcare settings and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, physician billing, and revenue cycle management.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day administrative performance and staff schedules.
• Evaluates staffing needs and coordinates replacement of staff.
• Performs hiring, orientation, and staff evaluations.
• Coaches staff and ensures HIPAA training compliance.
• Develops administrative systems to maximize operations and analyzes performance metrics.
• Collaborates on annual budgets and payroll reconciliation.
