Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.
• Practice management experience is preferred.
• Lean and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Coordinate office procedures and implement efficient systems.

• Monitor departmental KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Manage provider schedules, onboarding, and new patient processes.
