Job summary

AEG is seeking a Practice Manager to inspire and develop the team, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results. This role is the primary on-site leader, focused on creating a patient-centered, high-performing practice environment.

Responsibilities include leading patient flow, coaching staff, supporting exam flow with the Optometrist, and partnering with field leadership to ensure alignment with service standards and growth goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in optical/healthcare or similar service field.
• HS diploma required; advanced education preferred.
• Eyecare/optical leadership experience preferred.
• Optician certification preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and analytics.
