Qualifications

• Optical/healthcare/service operations experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn multiple practice positions and support patient care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations and patient flow.
• Assist on the practice floor across functions to support patient care and staffing.
• Help communicate daily priorities and service standards to the team.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and training reinforcement.
• Act as practice point of contact in the manager's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
