You will work closely with physicians to manage operations, facilities, and governance initiatives while driving efficiency and patient care enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all office locations, including clinics.
• Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns.
• Regularly meet with the Executive Director and Physician Leadership to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize clinical and surgical performance.
• Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
• Support governance initiatives as defined by SENTA and physician leadership.
• Assist with special projects as directed by the Executive Director.
