Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare operations with 3+ years in a leadership role across multi-site settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading multi-site specialty practices and ambulatory networks.
• Proven ability to standardize workflows, KPI/scorecards, SOPs, and drive accountability.
• Experience expanding and scaling new clinic locations (de novo).
• Hands-on with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks) and proficient in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong collaboration with physicians and translating data into action.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible field leadership across locations and mentor managers.
• Optimize scheduling templates, clinic capacity, patient flow, and workflows.
• Establish weekly management routines, scorecards, and SOPs to track performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, RCM, HR, and IT to align operations with revenue targets.
• Build playbooks for future site launches and platform growth.
