The incumbent will manage financial performance, supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, and drive improvements in access, scheduling, and revenue cycle processes within a complex pediatric care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare management or 5 years of practice admin experience.
• 5 years of Physician Practice, Medical Operations, Revenue Cycle, or business management experience.
• 5 years of healthcare financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more specialty practices or sites.
• Lead and develop staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance; report on variances.
• Coordinate revenue cycle activities across locations and service lines.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to achieve goals and improve patient care.
• Maintain records, licensing, and compliance with mandates.
• Plan and optimize clinic space, scheduling, and staffing across locations.
