The role oversees multiple providers and their office staff across several locations, requiring strong communication, organizing programs, and teaching skills to staff and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or healthcare related field required OR Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience OR 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, multi-specialty and multi-location physician practice organization.
• Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
• Evidence of teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Northside Hospital physician practices and the hospital, assuring compliance with Northside policies and procedures.
• Maintain a productive, financially secure work environment.
• Responsible for multiple assigned providers and their office staff at multiple locations.
