Job summary

Methodist Health System in Dallas market seeks an Office Manager to supervise daily operations and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. The role will focus on revenue cycle oversight, staffing, budgeting, and process improvements across MMG clinics.

You will lead practice-based committees, monitor performance, and help drive growth strategies while maintaining MMG service standards and patient experience goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with Physicians, staff and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of health care admin software.
• Leadership, motivation, training and goal-setting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial and accounting skills and knowledge of finance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform front end revenue cycle workflows to achieve practice revenue indicators.
• Round with staff daily to ensure MMG standards for huddles and meetings.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and budget performance.
• Oversee business affairs of assigned practice and hiring/training of staff.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules and performance evaluations.
• Ensure inventory management and safety at the practice.
