AEG Vision seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results on the practice floor. The role focuses on accountability, compassion, and developing team members while managing daily operations and patient flow.

The position is hands-on, with exposure across optical sales, clinical support, and front desk coordination, aimed at building leadership capability and readiness for expanded responsibilities over

Qualifications

• Experience in optical or healthcare service operations preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Ability to learn multiple practice positions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, patient flow, and service execution on the practice floor.
• Assist across practice functions to support patient care, staffing gaps, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and front desk routines.
• Communicate daily priorities, coach team members, and escalate issues as needed.
