Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager in the United States to support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and team coordination. This hands-on role helps drive exceptional patient experiences while building leadership capability and readiness for expanded responsibility.

You will work on the practice floor, learn across multiple functions including patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability is required.
• 1–2 years of leadership, lead, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, and service execution on the practice floor.
• Assist across practice functions to support patient care, staffing gaps, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and front desk operations.
• Participate in interviews, onboarding, coaching, and team development as requested by the Practice Manager.
• Serve as designated practice point of contact in the Practice Manager’s absence when assigned.
