AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager in delivering exceptional patient care while driving meaningful business results. The role combines hands-on leadership on the practice floor with coordinating patient care, optical services, and daily operations.

You will help develop people, maintain patient-centered service behaviors, and ensure smooth exam flow and team readiness.

Qualificações

• Extensive dispensing experience required.
• Optical, optometric, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or comparable service/operations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, service execution, and real-time practice needs.
• Work actively on the practice floor and assist across practice functions to support patient care, staffing gaps, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles, including patient care coordination, optical sales and service, technician/clinical support, patient handoffs, and daily routines.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development; participate in interviews and training as requested by the Practice Manager.
• Serve as the designated practice point of contact in the Practice Manager’s absence, escalating matters as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
