Job summary

Affinity Eye Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead a patient-centered, high-performing on-site team. You will supervise daily operations, optimize patient flow, and ensure service excellence while partnering with the Optometrist and leadership to align clinical services with business goals.

The role requires 3+ years in optical/healthcare leadership, strong coaching skills, and ability to translate performance data into improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in optical/healthcare or similar service industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education in business, hospitality, healthcare, optical or management preferred.
• Eyecare/optical practice leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze reports and translate into actionable coaching.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations and patient flow.
• Coach and develop the practice team to meet patient care standards.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and District Manager on service alignment and growth.
• Monitor performance trends and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance and operational execution.
