Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Manages hiring, training, developing, and evaluating staff.
• Provides supervision and direction for all practice staff and workflow.
• Participates in budget planning and monitors financial aspects of the practice.
• Oversees patient scheduling, throughput, and staffing Levels.
• Ensures billing, revenue cycle, and auditing procedures compliance.
• Addresses customer, employee, and physician satisfaction issues.
