This role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians and teams to drive efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline. Three years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physician office or outpatient setting. One year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience at a rate of two (2) years of experience for one (1) year of education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate employee performance.
• Provide supervision and direction for all practice staff; plan, assign, and direct workflow.
• Participate in budgetary planning, and monitor financial aspects of the physician office practice.
• Oversee patient scheduling and throughput; monitor physician and staff productivity.
• Ensure compliance with billing and accounting procedures and revenue cycle.
• Identify trends and address customer, employee, and physician satisfaction issues.
• Coordinate facility management, equipment, and safety issues.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and leadership in communication and teamwork.
