Job summary

Real Life Dental in Blacksburg, VA seeks a Practice Manager to lead a fast-paced dental office. You will oversee schedules, goals, and daily operations, ensuring five-star patient care and a productive, team-focused culture.

You will partner with doctors and leadership to execute the playbook, coach and develop staff, and protect time, energy, and results. A strong leadership mindset and dental management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years dental management experience.
• OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
• Proficiency with computer and dental software

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular staff huddles; foster open communication, provide organization and practice updates and continually challenge and develop staff
• Stay current with the latest OSHA, HIPAA and ADA regulations
• Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctors and staff
• Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs
• Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern

Position Summary:

As a Practice Manager, you will ensure the efficient running of a fast-paced dental office and lead a successful team that consistently meets and exceeds patient, practice and the organization’s expectations.

Responsibilities:
