You will mentor engineers and planners, shape business development, and stay active on major projects reporting to the Engineering Director.

Lead multimodal street design, corridor studies, traffic operations, and public engagement, balancing safety, mobility, and placemaking while advancing the firm's technical direction

Qualifications

• 15+ years of success on transportation engineering and multimodal planning projects.
• Ability to lead integrated teams of engineers, planners, and designers.
• Experience in business development and client engagement.
