Toole Design seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Portland, OR. This leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery.

As Practice Lead, you will mentor engineers and planners, shape business development, help set the firm's technical direction, and stay active on major projects that strengthen client relationships and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation engineering/multimodal planning.
• Proven ability to lead integrated engineering and planning teams.
• Demonstrated success in business development and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the integrated transportation practice in Portland, OR.
• Mentor engineers and planners and guide business development and technical direction.
• Oversee major transportation planning and engineering projects and client relationships.
