Toole Design in Oakland, CA seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice. This firm-wide leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery.

You'll mentor engineers and planners, guide business development, shape technical direction, and stay active on major projects to strengthen client relationships and grow the practice. A PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading transportation engineering and multimodal planning projects.
• Demonstrated success building and leading teams, programs, practices and projects.
• Experience in business development, proposal strategy, client development.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and practice planning to meet annual growth targets.
• Oversee project delivery, workload management, staff development, and quality control.
• Mentor engineers and planners, guide technical direction, and grow the practice.
