Job summary

Verana Health is seeking a Practice Experience Manager to own client satisfaction within designated accounts and guide MIPS compliance. You will educate clinicians on CMS requirements and help collect and analyze healthcare data for accurate performance measurement.

You will collaborate across teams, maintain clear documentation, and navigate multiple tools (Salesforce, JIRA, Google Suite) in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, Public Health or related field.
• Experience coordinating teams with multiple stakeholders in healthcare settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to educate clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Provide education for navigating the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).
• Assist clients with understanding and applying MIPS program requirements and data analysis for performance tracking.
• Stay updated on the Quality Payment Program and educate teams on changes and best practices.
• Ensure timely submission of MIPS data to CMS and maintain documentation.
