Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote, full-time Senior Consultant to manage healthcare clients’ quality reporting programs, including MIPS and other payer contracts. You will act as the primary consultant and lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely reporting and data-driven performance improvements.

You will interpret CMS regulations, guide clients through program updates, and provide training on reporting requirements and technology usage for data collection and submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify gaps, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide strategic guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations and program updates; communicate to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide training on reporting requirements and use of technology for data collection.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using submission protocols.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to strengthen client compliance and reporting.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to improve Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate reports to validate data accuracy.
• Assist with interpreting final adjudications and feedback for stakeholders.
