Job summary

Merakey is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our Business Office team. This remote role supports revenue cycle operations across multiple states, with emphasis on Medicaid and Medicare enrollments and compliant billing practices.

The Practice Manager will drive accurate revenue capture, provide staff training, analyze workflow gaps, coordinate AR meetings, and ensure timely submission of payer applications.

Qualifications

• Healthcare billing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare enrollments.
• Understanding of revenue cycle management and process workflow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure revenue, billing, and reimbursement are captured accurately and in compliance with standards.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff on revenue cycle best practices and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Review and manage key revenue cycle reports (Unbilled, Authorizations & Treatment Plan).
• Report risks or gaps to the Director of Practice Management and monitor resolutions.
