Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead a clinical implementation team and act as the regulatory/MIPS SME.

This remote leadership role focuses on governance, playbook development, and ensuring successful product launches from beta to GA while maintaining high client satisfaction. You’ll balance hands-on coaching with strategic oversight, manage capacity and KPIs, and collaborate with Product Management to evolve regulatory workflows within the software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; clinical degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of formal people management or team lead experience.
• 3–5 years managing complex projects or implementation teams in ambulatory EMR/EHR space.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day managerial leadership for clinical implementation team.
• Lead regulatory/mips strategy and governance for client initiatives.
• Oversee capacity planning, utilization tracking, and KPI monitoring (CSAT, TTV).
• Develop internal training playbooks and frameworks for regulatory workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Professional Services and Product Management.
