Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks a Manager of Professional Services to lead a clinical implementation team and own regulatory/MIPS compliance strategy. You will balance people management with SME leadership, guiding beta-to-GA readiness and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Coach consultants, optimize delivery with AI tools, develop playbooks, and collaborate with Product Management to align regulatory updates with software workflows. Remote-friendly and high impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of formal people management or team lead experience.
• 3–5 years managing complex projects/implementation teams, ideally within an ambulatory EMR/EHR space
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on regulatory experience (MIPS) and translating mandates into software workflows
• Understanding capacity management, resource allocation, and KPI tracking (utilization, TTV, CSAT)
• Experience building playbooks for software release lifecycles (Beta to GA) and using AI tools to streamline daily consulting routines

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: provide day-to-day managerial leadership for direct reports and development opportunities
• Consultative Coaching & Upskilling: teach and upskill consultants on advanced techniques and client discussions
• Capacity & Operational Planning: oversee project assignments and monitor backlogs to balance workloads
• Product Launch & Readiness: partner with Product Management during Beta phases to evaluate feature readiness and deployment timelines
• Continuous Improvement & AI Optimization: establish post-implementation reviews to reduce Time-to-Value and automate tasks
• Personal Portfolio: manage a selective portfolio of strategic implementations
• Regulatory Authority & Governance: drive client governance strategies for regulatory programs and attestation
• Enablement & Framework Development: create internal training and playbooks for regulatory workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: bridge Professional Services and Product Management for regulatory enhancements
• Client & Escalation Lead: primary escalation point for complex client regulatory issues
• Quality Assurance: oversee testing, training, and QA to meet clinical/regulatory benchmarks
