Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group is seeking a field-based sales leader to own an East Coast territory for a fast-growing digital eye care platform. You will train doctors and staff, drive revenue growth, and integrate the platform into daily workflows.

Responsibilities include activation, adoption, and sharing insights with leadership to build scalable playbooks. This full-time, 6-month contract involves travel and close customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership.
• Sales experience in the optical industry and strong relationships in the optical community.
• Understanding of optometry office and patient flow.
• Tech-savvy and revenue-driven; comfortable in the field daily.
• SaaS or healthcare technology experience preferred.
