Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a senior field-based sales lead to own a territory end-to-end, including activation, training, adoption and revenue growth. You will drive attach rate and revenue per practice while leading change management to integrate the platform into daily workflows.

You will train practice teams on the platform and in-exam selling, share pilot feedback with leadership, and transform top-performer stories into actionable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in optical retail, practice management or retail field leadership.
• Sales experience in the optical industry and strong relationships in the optical community.
• Understanding of optometry office and patient flow.
• Tech-savvy and revenue-driven; comfortable in the field daily.
• SaaS or healthcare technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities
