Aequor is a fast-growing digital eye care platform powering thousands of optometry practices nationwide. Our marketplace brings doctor-curated retail directly into the practice. We’re hiring a Practice Development Manager to own Marketplace performance across a growing number of practices.

You’ll train doctors and staff, and evolve how practices sell. This is a revenue role with a change management core: software adoption succeeds or fails at the front desk, and your job is to make sure it

Qualifications

• 8+ years in optical retail or practice management with hands-on sales leadership.
• Natural trainer: onboarding and coaching front-line staff and making new workflows stick.
• Tech-fluent: quickly learn new software and teach it to others.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of growing practices end to end: activation, training, adoption, revenue growth.
• Drive attach rate and revenue per door as primary metrics.
• Lead change management inside each practice to embed the platform in staff workflow.
• Train front desk to optical teams on the platform and chair-side selling.
• Sell to doctors and staff on daily platform usage.
• Monitor orders, prevent drop-offs, and convert recommendations to purchases.
• Provide regular performance feedback to pilot doors and leadership.
• Turn top-performer stories into scalable playbooks.
