Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Practice Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain configuration-level automation and self-service resources for the Practice Intelligence group. You will collaborate with Legal Engineers across Litigation, Transactions, and IP to translate requirements into usable workflows and to triage work to AI Labs when needed.

You will configure workflows in ServiceNow, Power Automate, and SharePoint, test solutions before release, and develop self-service

Qualifications

• Translate functional requirements into working configurations, workflows, or automations.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Power Automate, and SharePoint sites/libraries.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to test and validate configurations before release.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent build requests across three practice groups.
• Strong written communication to document configurations for non-technical audiences.
• Route requests beyond retained scope to AI Labs when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling client information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal Engineers to turn first-draft requirements into build-ready specs.
• Determine scope and transfer to AI Labs when appropriate; track requests across all practice groups.
• Configure and maintain workflows in ServiceNow, Power Automate, and SharePoint; maintain self-service resources.
• Test configured solutions before release and correct defects identified during validation.
• Escalate complex requests to AI Labs and communicate updates to the requester.
• Develop and maintain reference materials, workflow guides, and self-service documentation.
• Support training and adoption campaigns led by the Legal Engineers.
• Track build volume and turnaround time for departmental reporting.
