Job summary

Winstead PC seeks a Document Automation Specialist to automate standard documents, amend automated content, and test content for regular releases. The role emphasizes best practices and efficiency in the firm’s document assembly program, with training provided by an internal team.

You will collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and the Forms Automation team to automate documents, manage templates, and ensure accurate, scalable content.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Word required.
• Experience with document automation software such as Contract Express or HotDocs preferred.
• Advanced project management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and practice-group liaisons to promote document automation solutions.
• Assist attorneys to automate standard documents and keep templates up to date.
• Develop and manage timelines for document template creation.
• Provide training on document automation and best practices.
• Create and manipulate online questionnaires for automated documents.
• Analyze documents to determine automation level and design automation solutions.
• Test document automation and resolve errors; prepare production transitions and end-user training.
• Support document automation system administration and user access management.
