Qualifications

• Degree in information science, information management, data analytics or related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, including prompt design and model-based workflow construction.
• Experience with SharePoint site administration or information architecture is preferred.
• Experience building automations in low-code/no-code tools like Power Automate.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and maintain model-based workflows in AI platforms to enable self-service.
• Design, publish, and version prompts, templates, and routing logic for practice groups.
• Document validation standards and serve as escalation point when needed.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and maintain production automations.
