Job summary

This role focuses on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) security engineering, contributing to large, multi-discipline deliverables and supporting a fully remote workforce.

You will lead cryptographic security design, participate in PQC migration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quantum-resistant controls aligned with NIST standards. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of information security engineering experience including network security, cryptographic systems and risk management.
• CISSP or CISM certification required or in active pursuit.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME on information systems and infrastructure security, designing cryptographic-based security measures and policies.
• Lead PQC migration program engineering aspects and advise on emerging technologies.
• Automate cryptographic inventory and migrate from manual to automated processes.
• Design and execute test plans for cryptographic tools and document results.
• Assess quantum vulnerabilities and support migration to quantum-resistant encryption per NIST standards.
• Collaborate with ISOs/ISSOs to enforce security policies and federal requirements.
• Research PQC standards and synthesize findings into engineering guidance.
• Contribute to large deliverables across the program, including related areas.
• Communicate proactively within a fully remote, distributed team and support Agile ceremonies.
