Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote-first AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for multifamily clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative during client calls.

You are the strategic voice, making calls that drive ROAS and client growth. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, analyze performance, and own 90-day and quarterly plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.

• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
