Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, setting budgets, tactically optimizing campaigns, and guiding the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Roadmaps for 90 days and quarters will drive client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics; data-driven decisions.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client; explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
