Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You set budgets, bidding strategies, testing plans and craft the narrative for client calls.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS and CPA improvements, agency multi-client work, and clear spoken English for US-based calls. This role is remote-friendly for US/Canada/SA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with multifamily or multi-location paid media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
