Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmap and client narratives during calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You bring 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience across multiple clients. Clear spoken English with US clients is required, with remote work from the US or similar regions.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
