Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a remote PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients including strategy, budget calls, and narration on client calls. You will shape the roadmap, optimize campaigns, and drive long-term relationships across multiple accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, agency experience, and strong English on live calls with US clients. Prior work in multi-location brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with ability to discuss results.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
